Display Requirements

This year’s show received an increase in accepted work, and while we are thrilled by the incredible volume and quality of entries, our venue space is limited. In order to make sure every piece gets the display it deserves, we are asking all entrants to carefully follow the board limits outlined below.

For all entries, you must:

1. Send one sample of each accepted piece along with it’s credit tag, both mounted on 1/4” black-core foam board.
2. For submissions with multiple pieces/images, please affix a copy of the credit tag onto the back of every individual piece. For entries with a small footprint where mounting the credit tag would obscure the piece (e.g. a wine bottle, a large envelope), affixing a sticker with the entry’s name to the bottom.

Printed Work

Brochures, entire books, entire publications, packaging, wearables, menus, annual reports, cards, and other printed work should be submitted as actual unmounted samples or as printouts of images (max of 11″ x 20″) mounted on 1/4″ black foam core board.

LIMIT: 1 board for a single entry; 2 boards for a series.

Branding & Identity

Due to the increase in accepted work and the limited space of the venue this year, branding and identity projects are limited to a maximum of three 11″ x 20″ boards. Board must be mounted on 1/4″ black foam core board. Please curate your submission accordingly — choose the executions that best represent the work.

LIMIT: 3 boards.

Logos

Logos should be printed in color and flush-mounted to measure 6″ x 6″ on 1/4″ black foam core board. Include the client’s name and a succinct description in the bottom left corner (e.g., “Client: Big Bark Bakery; Description: Logo for a bakery specializing in handmade treats for dogs”).

LIMIT: 1 board per accepted entry.

Posters

Posters will be allowed to display in original size and mounted on 1/4″ black foam core board.

LIMIT: 1 board per accepted entry.

Photography

Images should be mounted on 1/4″ black-core foam board and may not exceed 11″ x 20″ in size.

LIMIT: 1 board per accepted entry.

Business Papers

Business papers should be arranged and mounted on 1/4″ black-core foam board cut to a max of 16″ x 20″. If there are pieces that exceed this size (e.g., a large envelope or mailing tube), enter those pieces unmounted along with the mounted pieces.

LIMIT: 1 board per accepted entry.

Digital Work

If you submit a USB or URL for your digital work to be judged you must submit a printed credit tag mounted on 1/4″ black foam-core board.
