The deadline to deliver mounted pieces and credit forms for display at the Dallas Show is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024.

Display Requirements

For all entries, you must:

1. Send one sample of each accepted piece, following the instructions below for each type of piece.
2. Send one credit tag mounted on 1/4” black-core foam board along with each piece.
3.  For pieces with multiple pieces/images, please affix a copy of the credit tag on each part. For entries with a small footprint where mounting the tracking tag would obscure the design of a piece (i.e., a wine bottle), affixing a sticker with the entry’s name written on it to the bottom of the piece is acceptable.

Printed Work

Brochures, entire books, entire publications, packaging, wearables, menus, annual reports, cards, and other printed work may be submitted as actual unmounted samples or as printouts of images (up to 20” in width) mounted on 1/4” black foam core board (limit two images for a single entry; four for a series).

Logos

Logos should be printed in color and flush-mounted to measure 6” x 6” on 1/4” black-core foam board. Include the client’s name and a succinct description in the bottom left corner (e.g., “Client: Big Bark Bakery; Description: Logo for a bakery specializing in handmade treats for dogs”).

Business Papers

Business papers should be arranged and mounted on 1/4” black-core foam board cut to 16” x 20”. If there are pieces that exceed this size (i.e., a large envelope or mailing tube), enter those pieces unmounted along with the mounted pieces.

Digital Work

If you submitted a USB or URL for your digital work to be judged by, the only additional material we will need to display it is a credit tag printed and mounted on 1/4” black foam-core board.
