Tadd Myers – The Lobstermen of Little Cranberry Island Book
Design — Self-Promotion — Brochure, Booklet, or Other Company Literature
Description
Lobstering is often a family trade that is steeped in history and legacy. The design of this thirty-two page photography book pays homage to that heritage with a sea-beaten and weathered aesthetic. Tadd Myers, a renowned Dallas photographer, travelled to Maine to spend 3 days on the water with three different crews and documented the tiny fishing community known as Little Cranberry Island. The book design also features an exposed symth-sewn binding, a custom rubber band, double gatefold cover, and three fold-out narrative spreads.
